Rumen stability: Digestion in health ruminants is related with rumen chemical composition and micro flora. Rumen’s PH is between 6,2 and 6,8. However, some diseases may deteriorate Rumen balance.

Vitabolus Rumen Therapy

It contains a combination of ingredients to stimulate the rumen function and to increase cattle appetite.

• Calcium propionate: prevents low blood calcium level and increased rumen acidity (pH).
• Magnesium sulphate: provides light laxative effects.
• Lactose: stimulates the rumen micro flora
• Sodium bicarbonate: sustains a correct acid level in the rumen (pH regulator)
• Niacin: increases the milk production
• Live Yeast: stimulates the rumen functions.

Composition: Calcium propionate, Niacin, Magnesium sulphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, yeast, lactose and other nutritional elements. Please refer to the product label for the whole composition.

Instructions of use:

Prevention:

1. One Rumen Therapy bolus after calving
2. One Rumen Therapy 24 hours after calving and
3. One Rumen Therapy bolus 48 hours after calving

After-treatment:
If the cow had ketosis or milk fever, acidosis or other heavy metabolic or inflectional problem which is damaging rumen stability.

To restore the rumen stability:

1. One Rumen Therapy bolus with treatment
2. One Rumen Therapy bolus 12 hours after treatment
3. One Rumen Therapy bolus 24 hours after the veterinarian treatment.

Rumen Therapy Bolus is used for calving cows and for sick cows:

• To prevent decrease in milk production
• To maintain a high feed intake
• To avoid diarrhea and rumen disturbances

Vitabolus Rumen Therapy dissolves rapidly in the rumen fluid. Subsequently, the nutrients are released to the rumen fluid, here they optimize the rumen acidity and stimulate the micro flora.

CAUTIONS

• Administer the boluses using a bolus applicator
• Keep out of children’s reach
• Can be administered by crushing it and mixing it with half liter of drinking water
• Store in a cool and dry place.
