Phosphoric Acid based, low level foam detergent suitable for CIP and manual milking systems.

Milk residues can not be removed using Alkali based cleaners, so you can use Dezinfex DAcid 340; a Phosphoric Acid based and nature friendly cleaner.

Nitric Acid based products are extensively used in farms. Nitric Acid harms the stainless steel surfaces and the nature.

Usage Areas: Designed for cleaning portable milking machines, milk tanks and especially surfaces having contact with milk, stainless steel surfaces and milk residuals. Do not use on surfaces. Use carefully on unknown surfaces.

Components and Technical Details:  Phosphoric Acid < 45%. Dezinfex Dacid 340 has no Nitric Acid.

Important considerations before use: Wear suitable protective clothing and gloves. Dezinfex Dacid 340 is a phosphoric acid based product and does not cleans fat, dirt and protein residues. This product is only for cleaning lime stains and mineral residues. Using instead it of Alkali based products is wrong. First prewash the system then wash it with alkali based cleaners and rinse, after that washing with Dezinfex DAcid 340 is recommended.

Material compatibility: It is used for chrome materials, stainless steel, PVC, PTFE, plastics, teflon and tiles, ceramic coated surfaces according to the technique. Use carefully on unknown surfaces.

Cleaning of Portable Milking Machines: After washing each milking cluster with at least 10 liters of water, you should wash 2-3 times with alkali based cleaners and rinsing is recommended. After washing alkali based cleaners, dilute ½ tea glass of Dezinfex DAcid 340 in 10 liters of water, circulate 2 – 3 times. Then rinse with cold water.

Acidic Wash Rules (1-2 or 2-3 times in a week):

Storage, transport and security: Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and goggles. Don’t use Dezinfex Dacid 340 with incompatible substances (alkali based products for example). Keep the product in the original container. Keep the container closed and in a clean, cool, and well ventilated place away from heat, flammable materials and intense light. Avoid residues of the product on the containers. Containers which are opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage. Undiluted form is harmful for skin and eyes, use protective glass and mask.
