Intensive alkali based, concentrated liquid, detergent, it is low foaming; suitable for cold and hot water cleaning, it has no chlorine, it is specifically designed for CIP cleaning and Manuel Milking Systems.
 

Usage Areas: Designed for cleaning and disinfecting milking systems and machines, filters, cooling tanks, pipes, brushes and all kind of residuals. Don’t use this product on aluminum surfaces.

Components and Technical Details:

• Includes Sodium Hydroxide < 20% and potassium hydroxide < 10% surfactant agents, surface protectors and chelating agents to maintain the effectiveness even of hard water.
• No Chlorine, Nitrate or Phosphate.
• pH 13 – 14

Usage instructions and Dosage: Dezinfex ALKA Plus 321 must be used after suitable prewashing then mix it with water according to the following doses.

Material compatibility: Chromed materials, stainless steel, PVC, PTFE, special tires, rubber and epoxy coated surfaces (no corrosive effect following usage conditions).
 

Storage, transport and security:  Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and goggles. Don’t mix Dezinfex ALKA Plus 321 with incompatible substances (acid based products for example). Keep the product in the original container. Keep the container closed and in a clean, cool, and well ventilated place away from heat, flammable materials and intense light. Avoid residues of the product on the containers. Containers which are opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage. Undiluted form is harmful for skin and eyes, use protective glass and mask.
